Participants Visitors Profile

The festival saw some professional performances not only from artists across the country but also from neighboring countries. Students from various schools and colleges – even from other communities – in Nagpur participated enthusiastically in competitions such as drawing, rangoli, paper presentation, etc. Whereas, the elders participated in meditation classes.

The festival was open to all, with no entry fee charged. The visitors to the festival included people from almost all the age groups – toddlers to the elderly. They came from varied social and economic backgrounds. They came with the aim of not only witnessing the cultural programs, but also to get a glimpse of the Buddhist culture and socialize. Food court at the venue added to the pleasure of the visitors facilitating their longer stay at the venue.
